CoachKrew, operated by Bigham Technologies LLC, uses selected third-party providers to operate the platform. Different providers support different features, and not every CoachKrew user interacts with every provider. The information processed depends on the features being used.
1. About This List
Depending on the customer relationship and applicable agreement, some of these providers may act as subprocessors that process limited information on CoachKrew's behalf as necessary to deliver their services.

This list should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Student Privacy page, and Terms of Service.
2. Current Service Providers and Subprocessors
The following providers are currently used to support CoachKrew's production services based on CoachKrew's implemented infrastructure and configuration.

- Authenticate users and manage sessions; store application data used by CoachKrew features; and host uploaded files and images used by teams.

- Account and contact information; authentication and session information; user profiles; teams, seasons, athletes, staff, roles, and permissions; tags and groups; schedules and events; attendance; performance records; announcements and audience assignments; notifications and notification preferences; push-notification tokens; depth charts; playbooks and assigned resources; uploaded files and images; billing and subscription status and related identifiers; and limited security, operational, and technical information as applicable. Authentication credentials and sessions are managed through Supabase Auth. CoachKrew does not have access to users' plaintext passwords. Password-reset, email-verification, and other authentication-related messages may be delivered through Supabase Auth infrastructure rather than CoachKrew's separate transactional email provider.

Processing and Delivery Infrastructure
Processing locations are determined by each provider's infrastructure and CoachKrew's applicable service configuration.
For mobile push notifications, Expo may use platform push-notification services operated by Apple or Google to complete delivery to a user's device.
The use of a provider does not mean that every category of CoachKrew information is provided to that provider. Information processed depends on the provider's function, the features being used, and the applicable service configuration.
3. How Providers Are Selected
CoachKrew evaluates providers based on factors such as security practices, privacy documentation, reliability, required functionality, operational maturity, contractual protections where available, and support.
CoachKrew seeks to limit information provided to service providers to information reasonably necessary for the applicable service.
4. Changes to This List
CoachKrew may update this page as its services, infrastructure, and providers change. The date shown on this page indicates when the list was last updated.
Organizations that require contractual notice of material subprocessor changes may contact CoachKrew to discuss appropriate contractual terms.
This page does not, by itself, promise advance notice of every provider change.
